Responsibilities

Achieve the monthly sales target for the Branch.
Establish and pursue good business relationship with new and existing customers.
Monitor and manager each customer account performance on sales and collections.
Lead, Monitor, Mentor and Motivate the sales team to achieve the target
Ensure good Relationship management with customers.
Manager good team work between sales, accounts and stores for smooth operation of the branch.
Give right inputs on market demand for products.Update market development periodically and provide the company with timely Competitor Analysis.

Education
Diploma or Graduate preferably in automobile or mechanical

Experience
Minimum 7 year sales experience in auto parts or service.
Other requirements

Should own a two-wheeler and possess driving licence
Should be willing to travel 10-20 kms per day and travel outstation as and when required.
