Our commitment to customer-satisfaction is complete with respect to any product that has been ordered from us. If the customers are not satisfied with any product ordered, we will accept returns within two weeks, provided the following are met with:
In the unlikely event any product that is ordered from us is not received in good order and condition, or is defective or damaged, or if the product delivered by us is not the same as per the order, the product may be sent back to us only in the same order and condition as how you received it, without any damages, scratches or dents (with no sign of installation), request initiated within two weeks after the products are delivered.
Customers are requested to refuse delivery of any product with its outer packaging damaged or tampered with in any manner. Customers are also asked to open the packaging and discover if the product is damaged or defective and to kindly contact customer care if it is.
No replacement or refund will be in order if the product is damaged whilst or after use. If we will not be able to replace the defective or damaged product, your amount will be refunded. For any product returned which was delivered to you in a defective or damaged condition, the shipping charges as applicable to that item will also be refunded.
Our Customer Care to be contacted within 15 days of delivery with a request for exchange. The product will be arranged to be picked up from the address given for delivery through courier service and we shall process the exchange or return of the product subject to receipt of the product at our location in the same unused, good order and conditionand in its original packaging together with the invoice failing which, exchange or return may not be possible.
If the customer wishes to cancel the Order, they are asked to kindly contact our customer care. Once the cancellation notice is received by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount provided the order has not yet been processed by us. Kindly note: we will not be able to cancel any orders that have already been processed, and/or shipped out by us. Please also note that this can happen within one hour even, after you place the order, in certain cases.
Every effort will be made with good faith for fulfilling each and every order placed. However, there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and are constrained to cancel. The reasons for same may include limitations on quantities available for purchase, flaws or errors in the product, its pricing and/or stock information, or issues detected by our credit and fraud-avoidance department. If all or any portion of the order is cancelled, our Customer Care Team will communicate the same to the customer. If your order be cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in to your Card Account.
The money will be refunded in the same way the payment was made. We will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account if the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking. We will initiate the process of refunding after we have received the product, inspected and approved by our QC team it would take 1 day for the refund to initiate. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in crediting the Cardholder's credit card account, since this falls in the Cardholder's issuing bank’s purview.
